Services and Scope
USRVPN provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, with coverage in 100+ countries and 250+ routes, and support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscriptions through the user panel. The scope of use depends on your selected plan and the details shown in the panel.
This service uses bank-grade encryption, but network connectivity does not grant eligibility to use third-party websites. Destination websites set their own regional policies, account requirements, and content licensing terms. Users must also follow the rules of those platforms. Subscription fees do not include fees for third-party services.
Account and Subscription Rules
No email address is required; register with a username and password. Keep your password, subscription link, and login session secure, and do not publish access credentials on public pages. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and report the situation through a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This applies to the account holder's personal use and does not permit reselling or renting subscriptions, or sharing an account or subscription link for others to use. Do not use a personal subscription to provide paid or public access to a connection service.
Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. See plan pricing for prices and data allowances. Check the billing method before ordering. Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported.
Acceptable Use
Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located. Do not use this service for unlawful purposes or infringe on anyone's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights. When accessing destination websites over international routes, users remain responsible for confirming that their access and the content they handle are lawful.
Using this service to launch network attacks, distribute malicious software, steal credentials, commit fraud, or obtain data without authorization is prohibited. Do not disrupt route operations, damage service systems, or interfere with other users' connections through automated abuse or other means. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts.
Availability and Limits of Liability
Connection quality may be affected by local networks, carrier routing, device settings, and the status of destination platforms. Maintenance, upstream network changes, and force majeure events may also interrupt connections or change routes. The service does not guarantee connectivity in every location or at all times, or continuous access to any specific third-party platform.
If an issue occurs, first consult the Help Center, then submit a support ticket with the error message and details about when it occurred. Do not include your password or full subscription link. USRVPN will address service issues based on verifiable information. USRVPN cannot control account, content, or transaction decisions made independently by third-party platforms.
Liability is assessed based on the actual cause, loss, and applicable law. These terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law prohibits such exclusion or limitation, and do not affect rights users have under applicable law.
Refund Requests and Processing
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel support ticket. State that you want a refund and provide the relevant order details so the payment can be verified. You do not need to provide proof of a service issue.
Refund requests are handled separately from routine troubleshooting. You do not need to complete troubleshooting before submitting a request. Updates on order verification and refund processing will be sent through the support ticket. Actual arrival times for payments depend on the relevant payment channel; these terms do not promise a specific processing time.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
For unlawful use, resale or sharing, system attacks, or other violations of these terms, USRVPN may restrict relevant features, suspend connections, or terminate an account based on the severity of the impact. Protective measures may be taken first where an ongoing risk exists. If you dispute an action, submit an explanation and relevant records through a support ticket to request a review.
Account restrictions or termination do not affect refunds or other user rights that must be honored under applicable law. When you stop using the service, remove subscription settings from your devices to prevent others from continuing to use your access credentials.
Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Important changes affecting service use or user rights will be announced on the site or through the user panel.
