Account Information and How It Is Used
USRVPN does not require an email address; you can register with a username and password. An email address is not requested during registration or required to activate the service. Account information is used to identify accounts, verify login status, link subscription benefits, and handle account requests. Passwords are authentication credentials and should not be included in support tickets.
When you submit a support ticket, the service handles the description of the issue, relevant screenshots, and replies you choose to provide to help troubleshoot the problem. Please hide credentials, subscription URLs, and unrelated personal information in screenshots first. If you voluntarily include an email address in your message, it is used only to handle that request and is not required for registration.
No-Logs Policy and Operational Data
USRVPN follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through subscription services, or store browsing content, destination domains, or connection details that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. The service does not create personal browsing histories or use browsing activity for marketing analysis.
Temporary session data needed to maintain a connection is used only to provide the connection and is not retained as connection logs after it ends. Cumulative data usage and subscription status needed for plan billing are account usage data and do not include website access details. When reporting a fault, please provide the client’s error message where possible; do not submit complete records containing browsing activity.
Order Records and Third-Party Payments
The service retains the plan, order amount, payment status, and transaction identifier associated with an account to confirm benefits, reconcile payments, handle refunds, and resolve transaction disputes. Supported payment methods are Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payments are processed by the relevant third-party payment provider, whose policies govern its pages and handling of information.
USRVPN receives the payment result needed to confirm an order and does not ask users to submit payment passwords or wallet private keys in support tickets. For payment issues, provide only the relevant order identifier and necessary proof. Order and support records are used only to fulfill the service and resolve issues, not to build personal browsing profiles.
Site Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand referral sources, how pages are read, and where errors occur so we can improve content and usability. This analytics relates to visits to the marketing website; it is separate from subscription connection activity and is not used to record websites accessed over international routes. Do not enter passwords or other sensitive information in page URL parameters.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login status, save language preferences, and retain essential interface settings. Analytics may also use browser identifiers to distinguish visits. You can use your browser settings to restrict cookies, clear site data, or remove local storage. After clearing it, you may need to log in again and your preferences may reset. This does not delete your account or orders from the service’s servers.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account information is retained for as long as needed to provide account and subscription services; support ticket information is retained while an issue is being handled and for any necessary review. Order records are retained as required for settlement, refunds, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. Website analytics is kept only as long as needed for analysis and maintenance, then deleted or aggregated. Information is not retained beyond its intended purpose.
You can sign in to the user panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account information, and specify the scope of your request. The service will first verify that you own the account. Information that must be retained by law or to resolve an outstanding matter will have its use restricted, and the reason will be explained; other information that is no longer needed will be deleted. Deleting your account may affect your subscription, so please check for open orders first.
Information Protection and Policy Updates
USRVPN uses bank-level encryption to protect data in transit and limits access to information according to its purpose. Keep your account credentials and subscription information secure. Log out after using a shared device to prevent others from viewing your account information.
Updates to this policy will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes to the purposes or scope of information handling will be announced on the site or through the user panel.
