USER ROUTE NOTES

Practical notes on your connection

Start with your use case, then check the service details. These notes bring route selection, encryption, devices, and refunds together so you can review them before getting started.

During peak hours, check whether your connection stays stable

Opening a page is only the first measure of a route. Video calls, file syncing, and uninterrupted streaming depend on a connection that holds up over time. USRVPN offers IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct routes. Compare them using your actual tasks during the hours you typically connect. Start with a fixed destination region, then check page loads, audio and video, and file transfers. Avoid switching routes too often, as it can make comparisons harder. Your network, device, and the destination website all affect performance; route type alone does not guarantee speed in every situation.

DevicesUnlimited simultaneous devices

The difference here is that the details you need to check are laid out directly: region and route type help you choose a path, platform notes help you plan setup, and pricing and reset rules help estimate ongoing costs. Whether a connection works for you depends on your apps and usual network. The number of countries covered does not prove that a particular website will work, and a connected status in the client does not mean your task is complete.

Before getting started, note your main use cases—such as document collaboration, AI chats, or evening streaming—and test against them. For work apps, check sign-in and connection stability; for AI tools, check responses and uploads; for video apps, test the titles you want to watch. These notes are easier to reproduce and more useful when describing an issue to support than a simple comparison of route names.

REGION INDEX

Browse international routes by region

The entries below are examples from the route directory. Regions, cities, and route types help you find and compare options. Streaming availability should be checked on the target platform; directory labels are not a promise of playback.

Choose a region first, then compare routes

When choosing a region, consider the destination app’s regional policies and your account settings. For tasks without a specific regional requirement, start by comparing commonly used routes in Asia. For region-specific content or work environments, follow the destination’s requirements. Geographic distance is only one factor: your local connection, the international route, and connectivity to the destination server all affect results. A closer region is not necessarily faster.

IEPL dedicated, relayed, and direct describe different ways routes are organized; they are not a fixed ranking for every task. To compare them, keep your device, network, and task the same and change only the route. If the issue occurs in one app, check its proxy settings and access permissions first. If no apps connect, check your subscription status, local network, and client settings.

Keep a regular route and learn which alternatives are available. Before switching, save anything you are working on, then check your task after the new route connects. AI chats, remote sessions, and large file transfers respond differently to interruptions. Switching routes cannot guarantee that an existing task will continue, so wait for a stable connection before important work.

Route status reference

The figures below come from the route display component and are provided as a reference when choosing a route. They are not end-to-end measurements from your device to a destination app.

Check each step, from installation to a working connection

The platforms above, except iOS, can download the client after signing in. Downloading a client and getting an active subscription are separate steps: choose the client for your platform, install it, then get your subscription from the user panel and import it as instructed. After importing, check that your plan status and route list appear correctly, then connect to a route. If a subscription update fails, check your sign-in status and basic network connection first; avoid repeatedly copying incomplete details.

Your system may ask you to confirm network settings or related permissions. Check the app’s source, then follow the prompts. Once connected, test regular web browsing before checking your everyday apps; command-line tools, editor extensions, and some work software may not follow your browser’s settings. If your browser works but an app does not, check that app’s network options. See Quick Start for more guidance.

If you need help, provide your operating system, the step where the issue occurred, and any error message. Hide subscription details and account information before sharing screenshots. Signing up without an email means there is less information to enter, so keep your username and password safe. Do not combine download links, account credentials, and subscription details in notes you plan to share publicly.

BILLING NOTES

Choose a monthly plan based on usage

Monthly plans start at ¥9.9/month for 60GB. Estimate the combined data use across your everyday devices before choosing a tier. Unlimited simultaneous devices does not mean unlimited data.

Reset dates and upgrades

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the start of the calendar month. Before scheduling downloads or extended use, check your plan status and data details in the user panel. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated based on the remaining days. Review the order details shown in the panel; an upgrade does not simply add data, and you should not calculate a new plan period yourself.

When choosing a tier, look back at your recent tasks. Browsing documents and streaming video for long periods use different amounts of data; cloud sync and software updates can also affect usage. Rather than choosing based on device count alone, consider which apps transfer data continuously. Suggested use cases are guidance, not promises about browsing time, video quality, or the number of items you can download.

Compare data bundles for occasional use

Data bundles are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid indefinitely, until used. They may suit people with occasional data needs who prefer usage-based planning; monthly plans can be easier to manage for regular use with a reset cycle. The two options have different prices and billing models. Compare how consistently you use the service and how much data you need, not just the one-time payment.

Pay with Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. 14-day refunds are available. Before paying, check the plan, billing method, and amount in the user panel, and keep your order record. See the Terms of Service for refund details. The homepage’s Start Free link begins the account process; plan details and fees are shown on the plans page and in the user panel. No additional free data or duration is promised here.

READING LOG

Notes on setup, usage, and connections

Choose an article based on the issue you’re facing, from the complete getting-started process to platform settings. Instructions can help you plan your troubleshooting steps; follow the current system interface and destination app requirements.

If you already know what you need to address, read the AI Access Guide to compare settings for web apps, APIs, and developer tools. For regional or playback messages while streaming, see the Streaming Access Guide to check platform requirements. Tutorials provide setup steps, while the Help Center helps you troubleshoot specific symptoms; you do not need to read both from beginning to end.

Keeping brief notes about your setup can make future troubleshooting clearer. Record your network environment, route name, target app, and any message you saw. Do not include your password or full subscription details in notes you plan to share. Describing exactly where an issue occurred and what happened is usually more helpful than saying only that the connection is poor.
